We are looking for Psychologists to join our highly skilled and fast growing team of assessors. Back in Motion is a dynamic team environment that provides opportunities to interact with other clinical disciplines and employment professionals. We are currently looking for Psychologists interested in formal assessment.
You can be a part of our COMPASS (Comprehensive Assessment Services) Team : The Psychologist will be responsible for conducting a variety of psychological assessments, including Comprehensive Psychological Assessment and Vocational Psychological Assessments to adults with a range of physical, mental health, and cognitive disabilities. In this role, the Psychologist will conduct clinical interviews, administer and interpret psychological instruments, write comprehensive reports, and participate in feedback sessions with clients and other stakeholders. Psychometry support is also available.
Early career clinicians are welcome at Back in Motion and we have a strong mentorship and training program to develop / refine assessment skills with the support from experienced psychologists. Ongoing development is key to our teams and there is opportunity for regular consultation and learning for all team members.
We are looking for Psychologists who have excellent clinical and interpersonal skills, capacity for clinical reasoning, and familiarity with diagnosis and causality.
Applicants must be registered or eligible for registration with the College of Psychologists of British Columbia. Good organizational and writing skills are essential, and experience working with third-party payers and an understanding of rehabilitation and disability issues are an asset.
