Job description− Group insurance plan with 50% employer contribution. − Additional compensation for on-call duty and use of personal phone. − Generous vacation bank with flexible personal days. − Supportive, engaged, and people-centered work environment. − Opportunities for professional development and ongoing training. − University degree in Social Sciences (Psychology, Social Work, Psychoeducation, Criminology, or Sexology). − Minimum of 5 years of experience in psychosocial intervention and clinical coordination, ideally with individuals experiencing homelessness. − Proven experience in team supervision and clinical management. − Strong knowledge of community and government resources. − Sensitivity to the issues and realities of the community sector. − Proficiency in office software (MS Office suite). − Up-to-date certifications in CPR, First Aid, and Overdose Prevention (Naloxone). − Bilingualism (French / English) is an asset. − Strong clinical judgment with the ability to quickly analyze situations and make informed decisions in psychosocial interventions. − Natural leadership, with the ability to inspire and guide a team toward success. − Empathy and diplomacy, with attentive listening and a compassionate, needs-based approach. − Clear and effective communication that fosters collaboration. − High adaptability in the face of change and unexpected situations. − Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to implement appropriate solutions quickly.
Tasks
- −Ensure the quality and consistency of psychosocial interventions within the organization’s clinical framework.
- − Provide direct support to staff during complex situations involving residents.
- − Update clinical tools, ensure their application in daily practice, and offer constructive feedback to team members.
- − Respond to calls, support clinical decision-making, and provide remote guidance to the team (on-call duty and use of personal phone are compensated).
- − Plan staff schedules, manage replacements and vacation coverage.
- − Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluation of frontline workers.
- − Support team members in reaching their professional development goals.
- − Compile clinical data, write activity reports, and prepare applications for the Rent Supplement Program (PSL).
- − Represent the organization on local committees and maintain strong relationships with community and institutional partners.
- − Contribute to the overall operations of the organization as needed.
- − Perform any other related duty.
