Job description
Tasks
−Ensure the quality and consistency of psychosocial interventions within the organization’s clinical framework.
− Provide direct support to staff during complex situations involving residents.
− Update clinical tools, ensure their application in daily practice, and offer constructive feedback to team members.
− Respond to calls, support clinical decision-making, and provide remote guidance to the team (on-call duty and use of personal phone are compensated).
− Plan staff schedules, manage replacements and vacation coverage.
− Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluation of frontline workers.
− Support team members in reaching their professional development goals.
− Compile clinical data, write activity reports, and prepare applications for the Rent Supplement Program (PSL).
− Represent the organization on local committees and maintain strong relationships with community and institutional partners.
− Contribute to the overall operations of the organization as needed.
− Perform any other related duty.

Job requirements
− University degree in Social Sciences (Psychology, Social Work, Psychoeducation, Criminology, or Sexology).
− Minimum of 5 years of experience in psychosocial intervention and clinical coordination, ideally with individuals experiencing homelessness.
− Proven experience in team supervision and clinical management.
− Strong knowledge of community and government resources.
− Sensitivity to the issues and realities of the community sector.
− Proficiency in office software (MS Office suite).
− Up-to-date certifications in CPR, First Aid, and Overdose Prevention (Naloxone).
− Bilingualism (French / English) is an asset.
