Position Description
Working alongside a team of administrative staff and healthcare professionals you will engage with a large portfolio of patients. This role will work very closely with the doctor to provide the best possible care to the patients through coordination and communication.
As the Medical Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the clinic is continuously running smoothly. Your duties will include, but are not limited to :
- Answering patient calls and scheduling or rescheduling appointments
Greeting patients upon arrival and administering any necessary paperwork
Updating patient files with medical history, insurance information, etc.
Process payments when required
Answer patient inquiries, concerns, etc.
