What You’ll Be Doing :

• Oversee day-to-day clinic operations to ensure smooth workflows and a positive patient experience
• Manage a large profit and loss (P&L) statement, driving strong financial performance and operational efficiency
• Recruit, train, and coach team members to maintain high standards of performance and service
• Manage staff schedules, timesheets, and related HR functions
• Develop and monitor clinic budgets, track key metrics, and report on performance outcomes
• Supervise billing, invoicing, and administrative processes to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Provide leadership and guidance to create a motivated, engaged, and customer-focused team
• Greet and support patients, manage appointment scheduling, and handle inquiries professionally
• Support marketing and community engagement initiatives to enhance clinic visibility
• Train staff on internal systems and maintain accurate records and reporting
• Foster a welcoming, inclusive, and collaborative workplace culture
