Location :  Burlington, Ontario

Position :  Full-time / Part-time Receptionist

Family Smiles Dental Clinic is seeking an organized and friendly Dental Receptionist to join our committed team! If you have excellent customer service skills, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are passionate about patient care, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities :

  • Welcome patients warmly and ensure a positive check-in and check-out experience.
  • Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and recalls to maintain an efficient workflow.
  • Handle patient inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
  • Accurately process patient billing, insurance claims, and payments.
  • Maintain up-to-date patient records and ensure confidentiality.
  • Assist in coordinating with the clinical team to optimize daily operations.
  • Keep the reception area organized and professional.

Qualifications :

  • Previous CANADIAN experience in a dental or medical reception role is an asset (1 -2 years).
  • Proficiency with dental software (e.g., Dentrix, Abeldent) is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A friendly and professional demeanor with a commitment to outstanding patient care.
  • Knowledge of dental terminology and insurance processes is a bonus.
