The Operations Coordinator will support in booking incoming shipments, providing available times for trucks to arrive to the warehouse, receiving and submitted freight documents, updating customers and responding to their inquiries, and much more!

Advantages

  • Salary between 48,000k - 52,000k
  • Insurances paid 100% by employer

Responsibilities

  • Appointments for incoming loads and outgoing loads
  • Support with organizing the pick-up loads
  • Process invoices for billing purposes
  • Provide exceptional customer service to carriers and clients by phone and emails
  • Track CN loads
  • Close loads from shipment is cleared
  • Support other operational / dispatch staff when required

    • Qualifications

  • Good attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Great organizational skills
  • 1 year experience in a transport, warehouse or logistics industry (asset)
  • Safety boots required
  • English with a functional French or French with a functional English
