Armour Group Inc. is a group of companies providing administrative support for a variety of programs and products in the insurance sector. Armour Group Inc. is looking for a highly motivated team player who will join our team in office as a Bilingual Claims Administrator (English / French).
The successful candidate will be responsible to provide detailed, accurate, and timely claims administrator support as part of a dedicated claims team. Confidentiality, positive decision-making, good judgement, excellent organizational skills and accuracy are important qualifications for this position. Additional key qualifications include good customer relations, the ability to communicate clearly, excellent keyboard skills, as well as attendance. The ideal candidate will be a detail oriented individual who is reliable and is committed to meeting deadlines. Bilingual English / French is required. Remuneration commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities :
- Assess submissions for compliance with certificates and service level agreements
- Claims administration (English / French) including claim decision recommendation, maintenance of claim files, ensuring accepted and rejected claims are logged into the computer system for archiving purposes
- Interact in a professional and efficient manner with internal team, clients, and partners
- Provide clerical and administrative support, including data entry, copying, logging, scanning, filing and archiving
- Customer Relations and Communication (verbal and written)
- Assist with team building
- Data Entry, Validation and Reconciliation
- Assist with system modernization as needed
- Other administrative assignments as required
Qualifications :
