You will act as the primary liaison between clients, GardaWorld team members, and internal operations, serving as the main point of contact for client service, employee performance, and incident escalation.

If you bring leadership experience and thrive in a fast-paced environment where relationship building, problem-solving, and technology-driven operations are key to success, this is an excellent opportunity to grow your career with a leading organization.

What We Offer:

  • Salary: $60,000
  • Health Benefits
  • Vehicle allowance
  • Flexible hours
  • Career development and advancement opportunities
  • RRSP contribution after one year of employment
  • Full-time permanent position

What Makes You the Ideal Candidate:

  • You are a strong relationship builder who can confidently manage client expectations while maintaining high service standards
  • You thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment and can juggle multiple priorities without losing attention to detail
  • You are tech-savvy, comfortable using multiple systems (scheduling platforms, reporting tools, HRIS/ATS), and can quickly learn new technologies
  • You have a proactive, solutions-focused mindset, addressing issues before they escalate and driving continuous improvement
  • You are a hands-on leader who supports your team, holds them accountable, and leads by example
  • You have strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to clearly document and report on incidents and operations
  • You are confident in making decisions and handling high-pressure situations with professionalism
  • You take ownership of your portfolio and are committed to delivering results, improving performance, and building long-term client trust

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maximize customer retention by driving and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Respond to escalated inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring proper documentation in accordance with corporate policy
  • Translate customer expectations and contractual requirements into clear operational instructions
  • Ensure all sites are fully staffed with trained, equipped, and motivated personnel
  • Drive corrective actions for operational or service-related issues in line with corporate standards
  • Review key business reports (overtime, staffing, licensing, and account requirements) to effectively manage portfolios
  • Complete and maintain Standing Orders, Site Hazard Assessments, and client files annually
  • Coordinate with union representatives on personnel-related matters as required
  • Utilize multiple technology platforms and systems (e.g., scheduling software, reporting tools, HRIS/ATS systems, and communication platforms) to manage operations, track performance, and ensure compliance across all sites

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 1–2 years of Account Management or Security Site Supervisor or Manager experience
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and ability to quickly learn and navigate technology-based systems and platforms
  • Experience working with scheduling systems, reporting tools, and operational software is highly preferred
  • Previous experience in the security industry is a strong asset
  • Post-secondary education in a security-related field is an asset
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to work outside regular business hours to meet operational demands
  • Clean criminal background check
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for site travel
  • Legally entitled to work in Canada
