Raven Connected, a fast-growing, post-Series A company transforming video telematics and V2x, seeks an experienced CFO to lead its financial strategy and operations.

Key Responsibilities :

Financial Strategy and Leadership
Budgeting and Forecasting
Financial Reporting and Compliance
Operational Excellence
Capital Management and Fundraising
Cross-Functional Collaboration

Qualifications and Experience :

Proven experience as a CFO or senior finance executive in a high-growth startup.

Strong knowledge of corporate finance, financial planning, fundraising, scaling and investor relations.

Experience raising venture capital or working with private equity investors.

Deep understanding of SaaS metrics, unit economics, and financial modeling.

CPA, CFA, or MBA in Finance or a related field is preferred.
