Today, with our volunteers, donors, and staff, HCI has delivered more than $250 million in aid, transforming countless lives in over 40 countries.
As a global leader in humanitarian aid and development, we are seeking a visionary and dynamic Chief Development Officer (CDO) to lead our fundraising, marketing and partnership efforts.This role is critical to expanding HCIs impact by developing and executing innovative strategies to secure resources, engage stakeholders, and strengthen donor relationships. The CDO will work closely with the executive team to ensure alignment with organizational goals, driving growth and sustainability across all fundraising initiatives.
Position Title : Chief Development Officer
Reporting To : Global Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Location : Remote / Hybrid
Terms : Permanent full-time - 37.5 hours per week

Key Duties and Responsibilities Fundraising Strategy and Leadership
- Develop and implement comprehensive fundraising strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals.
- Lead the design and execution of major campaigns, including annual giving, major gifts, planned giving, and grants.
- Identify new opportunities for growth, including corporate partnerships, foundation support, and innovative funding models.
Marketing Strategy and Leadership
