This is your chance to join our team as a District Manager , overseeing multiple store locations and leading a team to deliver exceptional customer service and profitability . District : Beautiful Northern Alberta! This role will be ideal for someone situated in or around Grande Prairie, AB but we're open to discussing other locations and relocation assistance may be available . What You’ll Do : Lead, mentor, and support Store Managers to achieve sales & operational goals Analyze financial reports and drive business growth Ensure exceptional customer service across all locations Execute marketing & merchandising strategies to maximize opportunities Identify and develop future leaders within the organization Monitor and reduce shrink through audits and reporting What We’re Looking For : ~2-3 years of multi-unit retail management experience ~ Strong business acumen, leadership, and coaching skills ~ Ability to analyze financials and strategize for growth ~ Excellent communication & organizational abilities ~ Proficiency in MS Office ~ A college degree in Retail Management or Business (preferred) Frequent travel required – company car provided!
