Job descriptionPrepare bread, focaccia, pizza, rolls, muffins, pie, pastries, cakes, and cookies. Store them properly ready to be finalized from line cooks during catering operation time. Production of standardized recipes (bulk). Storing the food produced properly by following proper Freezeng istructions. Maintain a clean and organized workstation. Follow food safety and hygiene standards. Assist with stocking and setting up kitchen stations. Plate prepared foods based on the senior chef's guidance. Wash and clean the kitchen and cooking utensils. Work with kitchen staff & hot table staff to ensure that orders are completed according to request and on time. Follow instructions from the Head Chef or other kitchen staff. Assist with other duties as assigned. Previous experience in a commercial kitchen or bakery is preferred. VERY FAST ON PREPARING BATCHES OF GOODS & SIGNATURE PRODUCTION Proficiency in basic cooking techniques (e.g., grilling, frying, sautéing). Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately. Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene standards. Ability to work efficiently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work as part of a team. Ability to maintain a clean and organized work area. High school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Food safety certification is a plus.
