Everest Solutions and Images Ltd. is hiring energetic, creative, and friendly Seasonal Photographers to join our school photography team.

This is a customer-facing role where you’ll interact with students, school staff, and families while capturing memorable moments.

If you enjoy working with children and teens and love the idea of being in a new environment each day, we’d love to hear from you!

What You'll Do:

  • Capture high-quality student portraits while following established photography standards.
  • Create a positive, professional, and well-organized Picture Day experience.
  • Set up, operate, and pack down photography equipment at school locations.
  • Interact with students, school staff, and volunteers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Work with team members to ensure Picture Day runs smoothly and on schedule.
  • Safely transport and care for photography equipment and materials.

Why You’ll Love Working With Us:

  • Opportunity to build photography and customer service skills.
  • Paid training - no experience required.
  • Competitive hourly pay with paid drive time and mileage reimbursement.
  • Incentives and a phone stipend.
  • Employee Wellness Plan, along with access to our Employee and Family Assistance Program (EFAP) to support overall wellbeing.
  • Travel to different schools and communities - no two days are the same.
  • Work with students from Pre‑K to Grade 12.
  • Flexible, hands‑on role outside of a traditional office.
  • Independence on the road with strong team support.
  • Fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
  • Be part of an organization that values creativity, professionalism, and positive school relationships.
  • This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy variety, flexibility, and hands‑on work outside of a traditional office setting.

Position Details:

  • Role: Seasonal.
  • Term length: 3 to up to 10 months, depending on business needs.
  • Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour.
  • Start date: As soon as possible.
  • Overnight Travel to schools within the region is required for this role.
  • Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis until positions are filled.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Enthusiasm and passion for capturing meaningful student portraits and creating lasting memories.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills, with confidence interacting with students, staff, and families in a school environment.
  • Willingness to work a varied seasonal schedule, primarily Monday to Friday, with early mornings and occasional extended days as needed.
  • Daily access to a reliable, insured vehicle and a valid Canadian driver’s license.
  • Ability to lift and operate provided camera equipment, up to 40 lbs.
  • A high school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age in accordance with applicable employment standards.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in Canada and able to perform work from within Canada.

We celebrate diversity and believe that what makes us unique strengthens the quality of our work. We are committed to ensuring everyone feels comfortable, valued, and included.
