Job Description
Reporting to a Menswear Buyer, you will be at the heart of our menswear buying team. As a Buying Coordinator - Menswear you will be responsible for supporting our buyers and assistant buyers in their daily tasks, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our dynamic, fast-paced environment.
What you will do :
- Purchase Order Management : Ensure purchase orders are processed timely and in accordance with departmental standards and flag any discrepancies.
- Operational Support : Maintain daily communication between departments and develop strong collaboration within the team to effectively resolve issues and provide support when needed. Ensure the efficient management of daily administrative tasks.
- Reporting : Produce accurate weekly sales reports for the Men's Department purchasing team, as well as reports for suppliers. Collaborate with the merchandise planning team to submit performance-based reports to optimize purchasing.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Buying, Merchandising, or a related field.
A minimum of 1 year relevant experience, preferably in the fashion and retail industry.
Excellent skills using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Good written and verbal communication skills. French is required as it is the language in the Quebec province.
