Summary :
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for generating new leads and developing relationships with potential customers in the healthcare industry. The ideal candidate will have experience selling data and analytics solutions and a proven track record of success in booking meetings with key decision-makers.
Responsibilities :
Prospect for and identify potential customers in the healthcare industry
Develop and execute an outreach program (cold calling, emails, networking) to generate leads
Qualify leads and schedule appointments with key decision-makers
Build relationships with potential customers and understand their needs
Coordinate and orchestrate meetings with potential customers with internal subject matter experts
Co-develop compelling presentations and demonstrations of data and analytics solutions
Track sales progress and report on results
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the healthcare industry
Proven track record of success in booking meetings with key decision-makers
Strong understanding of data and analytics solutions and their application in the healthcare industry
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Hunter mentality and ability to execute an outreach program through regular cold calling and email to get the desired results
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
