The Manager Business Continuity Management is integral to the success of the Aligned Assurance team, and to CAAT’s guiding mission and growth strategy.
This role will play a key part in evolving CAAT’s emergency response activities, supporting departments across the organization in making informed business decisions. This position will be responsible for successfully designing, building, implementing and operationalizing BCM at CAAT as well as support with other key initiatives on an as needed basis. Reporting directly to the Senior Director, Risk and Compliance Management the successful candidate will assist CAAT in strengthening its business continuity management framework.
We are looking for someone with :
- Minimum 4 years in Business Continuity Management (BCM) or related area.
- Associate Business Continuity Professional (ABCP) or Certified Functional Continuity Professional (CFCP) or similar certifications.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder during crisis situations.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing business continuity plans from the ground up, preferably within a financial or pension-focused environment.
- In depth knowledge of relevant BCM guidelines (ISO 22301).
- Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills, ability to facilitate risk workshops
- Strong analytical experience with risk internal controls background
- Ability to identify risks, develop & recommend tracking measures and cost-effective risk mitigation plans.
- Expertise in Microsoft Office suite as well as Visio.
- University degree in related field of study.
