Job Description
L’Analyste Fonctionnel sera responsable de contribuer à la configuration de Microsoft Dynamics Business Central dans les différentes filiales de l’entreprise, principalement pour le volet de service à la clientèle et de vente au détail.
PLUS PRÉCISÉMENT
• Analyser les processus d’affaires
• Définir les requis fonctionnels et participer à la refonte des processus internes
• Configurer les modules Service Client dans BC (formulaires, champs, vues, flux de travail, intégrations, etc.)
• Participer à l’automatisation des interactions entre les modules (ex. éliminer les doubles saisies entre support, inventaire, réparations et commandes)
• Réaliser les tests unitaires et d’intégration liés aux nouvelles configurations
• Documenter les processus, les configurations et les guides destinés aux utilisateurs
• Offrir de la formation aux équipes (GDC) et assurer un support occasionnel
PROFIL
• 3+ années d’expérience professionnelle en tant qu’Analyste Fonctionnel en contexte ERP
• Expérience avec des fonctionnalités d’Engagement Client, idéalement avec Microsoft Dynamics BC
• Connaissances de Microsoft Dynamics Business Central
• Expérience dans une implantation de système CRM et/ou ERP
• Bonnes habiletés relationnelles, polyvalence et autonomie
• Expérience dans le secteur du commerce de détail et/ou de distribution (fort atout)
• BAC en informatique ou l’équivalent
• Bilinguisme requis (Français et Anglais)
