Location : Various locations across Ontario

As a Contract Manager you will oversee the drafting negotiation and management of contracts for the company. You will ensure that all contracts are compliant with legal standards and protect the company s interests while also managing relationships with vendors and clients.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Draft review and negotiate contracts ensuring compliance with legal and company standards.
  • Manage the contract lifecycle from negotiation to execution and renewal.
  • Maintain accurate records of all contracts and related documents.
  • Resolve any disputes or issues related to contracts.
  • Work closely with legal procurement and business teams to ensure contract alignment with business objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree in law business administration or a related field.
  • 3 years of experience in contract management preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Strong understanding of contract law and negotiation techniques.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
