Site Manager

This role will oversee Ontario sites (Greater Toronto Hamilton Area)

This role oversees and is responsible for prompt and efficient service to our customers maintains an acceptable degree of profitability for our company and utilizes the work force in a manner within customer specifications.

The primary responsibilities of this role are :

• Implementing and coordinating training and safety objectives
• Establishing and meeting production and financial goals
• Scheduling of plant personnel
• Maintaining clear dialogue with the customer to determine customer needs and services required
• Developing financial plan that achieves Company and plant goals developing a Capital Budget
• Administering discipline concerning the violation of Company rules and regulations
• Overseeing plant purchasing plant / equipment maintenance and plant / equipment repairs and parts
• Directing all workforce personnel and functions maintaining and oversees all daily operations of the plant and direct and indirect supervision of all plant personnel and staff
