Position Responsibilities
People Leadership
- Lead a team of technology Software Engineers, Quality Engineers and IT Business Analysts across multi‑squad, regulatory, or other cross‑cutting initiatives.
- Mentor your team to continuously develop and grow technical and non‑technical skills through mentorship, training and providing opportunities within the program.
- Foster team engagement and build an impactful team.
- Performance management including (but not limited to) clear expectation setting, tactical and stretch goal setting, performance evaluations and development strategies.
- Recruitment and onboarding for technology team members.

Salary range is expected to be between
$94,220.00 CAD - $174,980.00 CAD

The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job‑related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education / training.
