CarStar Saint John is currently seeking a Collision Advisor to join our growing this role youll guide customers through the repair process prepare accurate estimates and work closely with our technicians and insurance partners to ensure a smooth efficient experience.
What Youll do :
- Greet walk-in customers professionally and courteously.
- Answer and direct phone calls cheerfully; schedule estimates.
- Explain CARSTARs repair process insurance claims payment procedures and delivery timelines.
- Educate customers on CSI / NPS surveys.
- Schedule and record appraisal and delivery appointments.
- Collect and record payments; assist with A / R.
- File repair orders accurately in the management system.
- Provide warranty information and perform follow-up sales calls.
- Maintain front office and reception area.
- Respond to Google reviews and encourage positive feedback.
- Engage with the community and manage social media presence.
- Attend daily release meetings and other duties as assigned.
