Job description
We are looking for Forklift Operators to join our client's expanding team in Cambridge, Ontario. In this role, you’ll be the backbone of our logistics engine, ensuring premium car parts are moved with precision to reach customers across North America. If you are a licensed Order Picker (Cherry Picker) operator with a sharp eye for detail, we want to hear from you.

Position: Forklift Operator / Order Picker

Location: Cambridge

Shifts Available:
Days 8:00am - 4:30pm, Mon-Fri
Afternoons 3:15pm - 11:45pm, Mon-Fri

Pay: $22/hr

Responsibilities
• Operate forklifts (order picker) and other power industrial trucks to receive and stock products in the warehouse.
• Organize automotive products and parts in a timely and accurate manner to maintain inventory flow.
• Use the automated packing system and work alongside the new robotic order picker machine.
• Receive incoming orders and prepare shipments for distribution.
• Comply with all health and safety measures, including daily equipment inspections.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace within the manufacturing & logistics environment.
• Collaborate with assigned supervisors to meet daily production and shipping targets.
• Load and unload trailers with precision to prevent damage to specialized car parts.

Qualifications
• Proven experience within a warehouse environment or manufacturing & logistics setting.
• Experience using an Order Picker with valid external forklift license.
• Must have CSA-approved steel-toed shoes/boots (PPE).
• Reliable transportation or knowledge of the local Cambridge transit routes.
• Availability to work the specified shift hours consistently.
