Job description3 years experience in a previous snow removal role. Flexible hours, often overnight, including weekends and holidays. On‑call availability from November to April. Equipment Operator - Skid Steer Snow Removal

These part‑time on‑call roles often involve overnight shifts and responding promptly to snow and ice events.

Job Summary
Operate skid steers to clear snow and ice from roadways, parking lots, and other designated areas. Maintain clean sites and ensure no property damage. Respond to emergency calls for snow removal, especially during heavy snowfalls or severe weather conditions. Maintain communication with supervisors or dispatch, report road conditions, progress, and any issues encountered. Work in challenging weather conditions, including cold temperatures, snowstorms, and potentially at night. Keep records of work completed, including time logs, equipment maintenance records, and reports on materials used.
Responsibilities
- Operate Skid Steers to clear snow and ice from roadways, parking lots, and other designated areas.

- Maintain records of work completed, including time logs, equipment maintenance records, and reports on materials used.
- Provide professional service.
- Follow all health & safety regulations.
