Monitors construction progress, enforces schedules, and ensures cleanliness and maintenance of the site. Coordinates activities between trades and suppliers, maintains daily logs, and leads effective site meetings. Implements quality control programs, including mock-ups, in-suite finishes, upgrades, and ensures accuracy in trade progress certificates Works with authorities and consultants to obtain occupancy permits and coordinates the commissioning of all equipment. Previous experience as an assistant superintendent or foreman Must have worked on at least one wood frame, multi-family residential project Journeyman trade certification or equivalent experience required Vancouver Island residents preferred, but will accept applicants from elsewhere
