Assist in daily cash handling, deposits, and financial reporting. Maintain security protocols to prevent loss and ensure compliance. Previous leadership experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to lead and motivate a team in a high energy setting. Basic understanding of business operations, inventory management, and financial reporting. Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays. You will assist the General Manager in managing day-to-day operations, leading a team, and driving key business results, including guest experience, profitability, and team engagement.
