This isn't a repetitive assembly line; you will be building custom electrical panels and cooling systems from scratch in a supportive environment with high retention rates and a long-standing management team.

Responsibilities • Build electrical panels from scratch, including laying out backplates and mounting devices. • Install electrical layouts based on custom, project-specific blueprints and schematics. • Run electrical components through various industrial structures for custom chiller units. • Assemble panels and install LED lighting, switches, transformers, and outlets. • Maintain and test electrical equipment, including PLC components and high-voltage systems. • Utilize shop tools to drill, tap, and mount components with high precision. • Manage in-house inventory for upcoming projects and maintain records within the ERP software. • Assist with preparing quotes by calculating material costs and ordering supplies. • Liaise with ESA inspectors throughout the project lifecycle to ensure safety compliance.
Qualifications • Previous experience in a custom project electrical environment or industrial HVAC. • Open to registered Electrical Apprentices or experienced Unlicensed Panel Builders. • Comfortable reading blueprints/schematics and installing to exact specifications. • Highly self-accountable and able to respect tight timelines for high-profile clients. • A 422a or 309a Electrician License is considered an asset but is not required. • Ability to pass a technical schematic-reading test on-site during the interview. • Must provide three professional references and clear a criminal record check.
