  • Support the Store Manager in all aspects of day-to-day operations, ensuring a seamless and engaging customer experience
  • Lead from the floor during peak periods, driving service standards, conversion, and team energy
  • Coach, develop, and motivate a team of associates to deliver strong individual and store performance
  • Foster a culture of inclusivity, confidence, and authenticity aligned with the brand’s values
  • Execute merchandising standards and visual direction to bring the product story to life
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing training of team members
  • Analyze store performance metrics and contribute to action plans that drive results
  • Ensure operational excellence, including inventory management, scheduling, and compliance

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in a retail leadership role within specialty apparel or a customer-centric environment
  • Strong people leadership skills with a passion for coaching and team development
  • High level of emotional intelligence and ability to create meaningful customer connections
  • Commercially minded with a strong understanding of sales drivers and store performance
  • Hands-on, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving retail environment
  • Passion for brand storytelling, community engagement, and experiential retail
