Spaces & Experiences develops and supports high-quality innovation space, housing for faculty and students, food service locations (retail and residential) and ancillary retail space to serve the needs of the University of Toronto community and aims to create exceptional environments for learning and life-long memories while generating a sustainable source of revenue for the University by leveraging its real estate assets.
Your opportunity :
The U of T Spaces & Experiences Marketing and Communications team consists of brand, web, media, design, and social media experts who support all of the Spaces & Experiences business streams, with a strong focus on brand development, storytelling and marketing and communications strategies and tactics. The team is highly collaborative with all our Spaces & Experiences business unit partners to ensure the achievement of various business objectives.
Under general supervision of the Manager of Marketing and Communications (Creative) the incumbent provides strategic and tactical design support to the S&E portfolio and its various business areas, creating and producing graphic designs that reinforce the Spaces & Experiences brand; tackle business objectives, opportunities and challenges; and communicate clearly and effectively with our coretarget audiences.
Your responsibilities will include :
- Creating and producing graphic designs that reflect departmental and / or divisional objectives
- Consulting with and advising clients on graphic design
- Liaising with creative professionals and vendors to coordinate production activities
- Designing graphic elements for digital and online media
- Verifying that all marketing / communication collateral adheres to brand identity and University style guides
- Fostering positive relationships with clients
