The Master Group is hiring a Warehouse Associate for a permanent full‑time role in our Ottawa location. This role offers long‑term stability, full‑time hours, and a team that backs you every step of the way.
Responsibilities
- Physically receive goods, confirm quantities, and enter them into the computer system
- Pick and pack orders for counter sales, ship warehouse transfers and / or courier deliveries
- Provide superior customer service
- Assist in customer loading and unloading of parts by hand or using a forklift
- Stock shelves and organize overstock locations
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves and work areas clean
- Abide by all company safety regulations
- Perform various other related duties as assigned by supervisor (e.g., opening containers & crates, preparing orders, inventory, etc.)
Qualifications
Compensation
Base Salary Range : $40,000 - $50,000 annually
Supplemental Pay : overtime pay; annual bonus
Final salary will be determined based on the candidate’s skills and experience, in compliance with applicable regulations.
