Job descriptionLead, coach and develop a high performing team of Order Book Management Analyst ensuring development or performance improvement plans are established where required Work with the NAM Order Fulfillment Director to develop the medium and long term strategic direction for NAM OBM and lead the team to execute strategy / initiatives Communicate effectively and manage relationships with all key stakeholders Working across functions to ensure products are available and delivered to the right place at the right time, with primary focus on the fulfilment horizon and achieving commercial ambitions Develop reporting tools to provide insights to support effective decisions and action to drive availability and conversion / delivery Lead proactive meetings with other functions to provide visibility of projected availability / coverage, ensure constraints are identified, decisions are taken and actions driven to achieve on time allocation Work with Inbound Planning to ensure effective prioritization is executed at both origin and destination for supply mapped to critical demand Ensure key processes including allocation, delivery note creation and cleanse activities are executed according to schedule as well as defined business priorities and rules Create and align strategy with NAM Distribution Centers to enable strong operational planning and execution Ensure correct and consistent order and delivery management across sub-markets Communicate Key Performance Indicator results, create awareness of drivers of performance and project / influence performance drivers Manage and support ongoing adidas projects by defining timelines and milestones in own area of on time and in full product availability WHS OB management and collaboration with AO & controlling teams Drive best in class eCommerce Supply Chain processes to improve consumer experience (COTIF) Initiating process improvements and reporting automation to increase efficiency Global IT SCM teams Demand Planning Marketing Operations (MOPS) Purchasing Order Fulfillment (Inbound Planning / DC & Inventory Management) Distribution Center Operations Customer Service / Sales Data and Analytics CAN SLT Excellent relationship management, communication and presentation skills Ability to motivate and lead complex teams Excellent Supply Chain / Distribution knowledge Operational and project management skills Passion and Integrity – the ability to make commitments and achieve them Results oriented and goal driven Process and analytical thinking Excellent knowledge of Order to Cash processes Higher education, university degree (BA / MA) or equivalent 5-8 years working experience in Logistics / Operations and / or Commercial functions Good skills in ERP (SAP) Strong user in Microsoft Office applications – specifically PowerBI, Excel, and Power Point Fluent in English (oral and written)
Purpose :
- Responsible for Supply Chain Management / Fulfillment planning and execution activities with the goal of ensuring adidas Wholesale commercial ambitions are achieved.
- Working cross-functionally with NAM SCM and CAN Commercial Stakeholders including NAM Senior Leadership Team to raise awareness, drive decisions and take action to create on time availability is only the first part of the challenge. It is also vital to control (on time or ‘just in time’) delivery to wholesale customers from our Distribution Centers while achieving revenue top-line targets.
