Business Development Manager – Life science and Fulfilment : Our client is a leading force in Canada’s Printing & Fulfilment industry, delivering premium print, packaging, and fulfillment solutions for over 70 years. Renowned for their cutting-edge technology, sustainability initiatives, and customer-centric approach, they are expanding their Pharmaceutical and Life science Team.

To drive this strategic growth, they seek a highly motivated and connected Business Development Manager to secure new business acquisitions in the pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device sector.

Role Overview :

As the Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in expanding the company’s presence in regulated industries. Your primary responsibilities will include :

  • Driving Sales Growth – Identifying, targeting, and securing new business opportunities in pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturing.
  • Building Strategic Partnerships – Leveraging networks of key decision-makers in pharma, biotech, and med-tech to accelerate client acquisition.
  • Developing Tailored Solutions – Understanding client needs and positioning the company’s fulfillment services as high-value solutions.
  • Leading Market Expansion – Collaborating with internal teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies, ensuring alignment with industry trends and compliance standards.

What You Bring :

  • Industry Expertise – 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device sectors.
  • Strong Network – Established C-suite and procurement relationships in pharmaceutical and Life science network.
  • Regulatory Knowledge – Familiarity with GMP, FDA, Health Canada, and other industry compliance standards.
  • Strategic & Results-Driven Mindset – A hunter mentality, with the ability to identify opportunities, create value, and close deals in a competitive market.
  • Exceptional Communication & Negotiation Skills – Ability to articulate value, build trust, and secure long-term partnerships with industry leaders.
