Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Technology Delivery Lead at Cuatro Consulting Inc. We are seeking a highly skilled Technology Delivery Lead with strong technical expertise in design, architecture , and technology delivery . This role requires hands-on technical problem-solving skills, the ability to work closely with tech teams , and experience managing end-to-end delivery while maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.

As a Technology Delivery Lead , you will be responsible for defining and implementing technical solutions that align with business objectives, driving project execution, and ensuring compliance with governance and organizational risk profiles. This role bridges the gap between technical and business teams, ensuring seamless delivery across multiple workstreams.

Key Responsibilities

1. Technical Design and Scope Definition :

  • Define technical designs, architecture patterns, and the scope of solutions while ensuring alignment with business and technology objectives across various projects.

2. Technology Strategy and Execution :

  • Develop a forward-thinking technology strategy and oversee its execution from strategic planning to project delivery.
  • Ensure alignment with enterprise-wide solutions and strategic goals.

    • 3. Technology Delivery Roadmap

  • Collaborate with Program Managers and Project Managers to develop and maintain a detailed technology delivery roadmap with clear milestones and timelines.

    • 4. Cross-Functional Team Coordination

  • Drive alignment across cross-functional teams, ensuring solutions are feasible and supported before finalization.
  • Identify potential risks and concerns and address them proactively in the business case.

    • 5. Stakeholder and Enterprise Team Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and alignment across enterprise teams.

    • 6. Technical Escalation Management

  • Serve as the first point of contact for technical escalations, resolving blockers to ensure successful project delivery.

    • 7. Solution Communication

  • Deliver key messages that clearly outline solutions, approaches, and defend the technical options, estimates, and delivery plans.

    • 8. Addressing Constraints and Pre-Requisites

  • Articulate business or technical constraints and ensure all pre-requisites are considered in the solution design.

    • 9. Technical Blocker Resolution

  • Proactively remove blockers for technical teams to facilitate smooth project progress and delivery.

    • 10. Risk and Issue Escalation

  • Escalate risks and issues to the leadership team, presenting possible options for resolution.

    • 11. Governance and Compliance

  • Collaborate with governance stakeholders to ensure compliance with organizational risk profiles, regulatory requirements, and governance processes.

    • Qualifications

    Experience :

  • Experience in a technology delivery or leadership role with hands-on experience in technical design, architecture, and managing end-to-end project delivery.
  • Proven track record of solving complex technical challenges and delivering projects in enterprise-level environments.

    • Skills :

  • Strong expertise in technical design, system architecture, and collaborating with technical teams.
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement and cross-functional team leadership skills.
  • Proficient in Agile / Waterfall methodologies and project lifecycle management.

    • Regulatory Knowledge :

  • Experience ensuring compliance with governance frameworks and regulatory standards.

    • Certifications :

  • Certifications such as PMP, TOGAF, or AWS Solutions Architect are a plus.
