Nous possédons 4 marques prospères (Maddle, Montreal Weights, Ascend & Nordik Recovery) et avons traité plus de 100 000 commandes au Canada au cours des 3 dernières années. Nous recherchons actuellement des talents pour soutenir notre croissance et développer nos marques (et nos futures marques) à travers l"Amérique du Nord et le reste du monde.
Le rôle de Spécialiste du Service Client - Réparation consiste à répondre aux questions des clients lorsqu"ils rencontrent des problèmes avec leur équipement de gym, leur bain froid et / ou leurs planches de paddle. Vous serez chargé de diagnostiquer les problèmes des produits, puis de fournir des informations et des conseils afin de résoudre le problème.

The Customer Service - Repair Specialist role is to answer customers questions when they are facing issues with their gym equipment, cold plunge and paddleboards. You will be troubleshooting the products and then sharing information and your insights on how to fix the problem.
