Job description

Responsibilities

  • Preparing transfer documentation and closely monitoring the progress of all transfers
  • Timely processing of transactions and conducting close follow-up using internal systems
  • Detailed entry of client discussions, client meetings and logging of all client communications
  • Preparing and editing correspondence, communications and other documents
  • Developing a keen knowledge and understanding of applicable Compliance regulations and addressing various Compliance reports
  • Managing executive’s schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Closely monitoring and managing executive’s emails
  • Replying professionally to client inquiries either electronically, in person or by telephone
  • Prepare materials required for client meetings
  • Communication with clients
  • Answering incoming calls, receiving and interacting with clients
  • Qualifications

  • Bilingual English and French
  • At least 2-3 years experience of administrative skills
  • Experience in the financial services background an asset
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good customer service skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word,, Excel and Outlook)
