The incumbent will be responsible for the accurate and timely facilitation of package for Groups and providing high-quality servicing, which meets the needs of both internal and external clients. Responsibilities : Prepare Tour Director packages Prepare and manage shipments of files for Tour Guides by various means (Fedex,e-mail, etc.) Prepare client kits for Escorted Tours Prepare pre / post client packages Perform operational tasks, send rooming lists, reception of faxes, confirmation of reservations Set up and manage supplies in packaging room Tasks as assigned
Position Requirements : High school diploma Able to communicate effectively in English and French Knowledge of a 3rd language (Spanish / Italian / German / Dutch, Portuguese, Japanese) is an asset. Must be able to work in the office Working knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook Demonstrated attention to detail and able to deliver a high level of accuracy Able to meet deadlines and work on several projects at the same time; Able to plan, organize, set priorities Dedicated to providing a high level of customer service
