Job descriptionImplement and apply the collection process for overdue accounts; Ensure that payments comply with the company's credit policies; Negotiate payment terms for overdue accounts and establish appropriate repayment plans with customers; Analyze delinquency reports and make the necessary decisions on a case-by-case basis. Document collection activities while sharing financial perspectives with sales and finance teams; Forward uncollectible accounts to a collection agency and be the point of contact with the collection agency ; Other related duties : BAC / DEC in administration, finance, accounting or equivalent experience; 3 to 5 years' experience in accounting, including accounts receivable management; Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, in French and English; Demonstrate an open and flexible attitude to enthusiastically take on other accounting-related responsibilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 suite tools, particularly Excel; Demonstrate tact, diplomacy, patience, resourcefulness and a strong focus on quality customer service; Autonomy, initiative and excellent organizational skills; Positive experience in maintaining accounting operations in a context of change (an asset).

I'm looking for an Accounts Receivable Supervisor for my client, a company in the food industry. This is a permanent position.
Receivables :
- Carry out daily customer invoicing and ensure the financial integrity of all sales transactions;
- Make deposits and record cash receipts in our accounting system;
- Analyze the age of accounts receivable;
- Resolve balance discrepancies and problems related to accounts receivable;
- Send monthly (or as needed) account statements;
- Act as the customer's point of contact for invoicing and payments, and ensure the necessary follow-up.
- Participate in account opening;
- Analyze credit ratings of new customers;
- Responsible for customer collections :
In collaboration with the finance team :
