We’re currently looking for an Accounting Clerk to join our high-performing, Bannister Kia Penticton admin team. If you’re detail-oriented, collaborative, and ready to play a vital role behind the scenes with room for career growth, this could be the opportunity you’ve been waiting for.

The Drive Ahead

• Process and reconcile payables, receivables, and internal statements
• Work with vendors to resolve billing issues and outstanding credits
• Maintain organized, accurate financial records
• Post vehicle deals, warranty transactions, and other dealership-specific items
• Support monthly close procedures and reporting
• Ensure timely, accurate data entry across departments

Performance Essentials

• 1–2 years of accounting or clerical experience (dealership experience is an asset)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with other MS Office programs
• Experience with PBS, CDK, or other dealership accounting software is an asset
• Full-time availability — Monday to Friday (approx. 40 hours/week)
