Job Description
As a Automotive Certified Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining GM vehicles in accordance with GM standards.
Your expertise and attention to detail will ensure our customers receive the highest quality service.
Responsibilities :
- Perform diagnostic tests to identify vehicle issues.
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
- Repair and replace faulty parts and components.
- Utilize GM-specific tools and software for accurate diagnostics and repairs.
- Maintain detailed records of all services and repairs performed.
- Communicate effectively with service advisors and customers regarding vehicle issues and repair timelines.
- Stay updated on the latest GM service bulletins and technical information.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations.
Qualifications :
- GM Certified Technician with valid certification.
- Proven experience as an automotive technician, preferably with GM vehicles.
- Strong diagnostic skills and proficiency with GM-specific tools and software.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
