Our client, a well-established and dynamic distribution company, is adding an  Accounting Manager to their team! This is a newly created role and will be the right hand to the Controller, and eventually oversee 3 direct reports. This role will be integral in supporting a critical ongoing project, overseeing account reconciliations, preparing working papers, and much more! Responsibilities :

  • Assist in the preparation of annual working papers
  • Support various ongoing projects
  • Perform detailed account reconciliations
  • Forecast cash flow and manage related activities
  • Handle prepaids, accruals, and other financial adjustments
  • Monitor and analyze budgets to ensure financial goals are met
  • Assist the team in month-end and year-end processes
  • Implement and improve internal processes and procedures

    • Requirements :

  • CPA designation  required
  • The ideal profile is a Senior Accountant from a firm looking for a step up
  • Advanced proficiency with  Excel
  • Strong ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
