Our client in York Region, ON is actively looking for an Accounting Manager to join their team.

Position Description :

• Financial Reporting : Compile, analyze, and present financial reports (monthly, quarterly, annual) to senior management, highlighting key metrics and trends.
• Accounts Management : Oversee accounts receivable, accounts payable, and invoicing processes to ensure accuracy and timely transactions.
• Payroll Management : Supervise and manage the preparation of payroll for all personnel, ensuring compliance and timely payments.
• Bank Relationship Management : Act as the primary liaison with banks for all financial matters, including transactions, credit lines, and any necessary negotiations.
• Financial Closing : Coordinate the financial closing process, collaborating with external accounting firms for accuracy and compliance.
• Team Leadership : Supervise and evaluate the performance of the top resource in the accounting department, ensuring high performance and growth.
• ERP Implementation : Lead the final stages of ERP implementation, including the integration of QuickBooks with other modules, ensuring seamless functionality.
