Randstad has partnered with a dynamic and growing organization in the manufacturing industry, looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join their team, located in Pickering.

Title: Accounting Clerk
Location: Pickering
Rate of Pay: $23.00 - $25.00/hr
Job Type: 12-month Contract

Advantages

Responsibilities
•Processing high-volume accounts payable invoices and ensuring timely payments.
•Managing accounts receivable functions, including collections and payment posting.
•Reconciling monthly bank statements and general ledger accounts.
•Assisting with month-end closing procedures and financial reporting.
•Maintaining accurate digital filing systems for all financial documentation.
•Communicating with vendors and internal departments to resolve billing discrepancies.

Qualifications
•Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Accounting Clerk
•Strong proficiency in Excel and QuickBooks
•Experience with purchase orders, AP, and AR
•Familiarity with vendor management
•Ability to work on-site 5 days a week in Pickering, ON
