What you will be doing :

The Accounting Associate obtains financial data for input, invoice processing and maintenance of accounting records. Accounting Associates apply generally accepted accounting principles to read and interpret documents, communicate effectively with team members, and solve problems dealing with a variety of variables.

  • Prepare and send accurate client invoices and reports using 360 Systems
  • Support monthly close process
  • Reconcile accounts receivable and support AR collections
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies and inquires in a timely manner
  • Client deposit reconciliations
  • Support internal meetings, representing Finance Operations
  • Various other Accounting / Finance related Functions as requested
  • What you’ll bring :

  • Completed post-secondary diploma or degree. In the field of Accounting, Finance or Business would be considered a benefit.
  • Exceptional knowledge of Excel, Microsoft Office and Outlook
  • Effective verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Outstanding organizational and follow-thru skills
  • Fast learner, detail oriented, efficient working style and ability to work independently
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure and very tight deadlines
  • Excellent analytical, thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent prioritization and time management skills.
