Established in 1990, T.O.P. Marketing is a Canadian leader in promotional products, consumer packaging, data marketing, design and procurement for industry leaders throughout North America. T.O.P. provides its’ clients with the full marketing cycle from ideation, costing and product sourcing to warehouse, fulfillment, freight, distribution and loyalty program management. T.O.P. provides these solutions to clients within the alcoholic beverage, consumer packaged goods, national sports leagues, automotive and health care industries.
Position : Account Coordinator
Responsibilities :
- Work closely with account management team from costing and quotation to product delivery.
- Track and report transit status for shipments across multiple programs.
- Work with multiple suppliers to manage costing, quality and timing for a variety of programs.
- Create and manage purchase orders.
- Track inventory through product management software.
- Source products with multiple suppliers both domestic and international as required.
- All other duties as assigned.
