You will be an essential part of our department which guarantees the commercial development of all our products.

The person will bring our values closer to our customers : innovation, freedom, team spirit. Present in several countries, the team works with our customers to co-construct the future of cloud solutions and OVHcloud.

You will be part of a vibrant team, responsible for maintaining and developing a portfolio of customers.

Your main responsibilities

  • Contribute to our customers' growth in a defined territory by developing business opportunities and participating in sales events.
  • Understand the customer's business and what sets them apart in their sector.
  • Identify OVHcloud solutions that best meet the customer's needs.
  • Identify hidden needs and major technical constraints.
  • Validate prospects and provide regular sales follow-up.
  • Implement customer projects and close sales.
  • Identify prospects in need of personalized follow-up and refer them to internal sales teams.
  • Take all necessary internal training courses to develop and maintain advanced knowledge of products, technologies, and sales strategies.
  • Report all actions taken to customers.

Skills required

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar position as an Account Manager
  • Autonomy in customer relationship management
  • Strong interest in technology and cloud-based business models
  • Knowledge of OVHcloud and its products, and its products, and ability to recommend the relevant products to customers, according to their needs
  • Ability to build relationships and meet customers face-to-face
  • Good proficiency with IT tools (CRM)
  • Very good proficiency in French spoken and written as well as English, spoken and written, with professional experience in an international environment, to develop business opportunities with customers in Quebec, Canada and the United States.
  • Knowledge of the IT market and the competition
  • Excellent team spirit and sense of service
