Part Time Administrator in Burlington

Are you an outgoing professional, with administrative experience? We are currently looking for an administrator for a reputable company in Burlington. This position is part time temporary contact for 3 months with the possibility of extension.

Advantages

Responsibilities

  • Responding to client inquiries and determine appropriate course of action. This may include proactively investigating, recording and advising on the resolution
  • Onboard new clients and manage external transfer requests
  • Process and review daily business transactions
  • Manage and update client databases
  • Prepare documents for signatures / e-signatures using DocuSign
  • Participate in meetings and events
  • Inputting data into Excel
  • Additional administrative duties as required
  • Qualifications

  • 1+ years of administrative experience
  • Tech savvy and able to learn new software's quickly
  • Experience with MS Office and CRMs is beneficial
  • You are personable and enjoy providing a high level of customer service
  • You are very punctual, reliable, and friendly
  • Great communication skills
