Your Part in It : Working out of our Hamilton office in Ontario, we are looking for our next Warehouse Admin. You will work directly with the Warehouse team and you will help to provide them with assistance and facilitate various tasks.You will respond to internal and external customer inquiries to provide information, collaborate and resolve matters. You will also assist with sourcing new vendor partnerships, ensuring company documents are sent & returned signed. WAREHOUSE ADMINISTRATOR What the Job Entails :

  • Perform general administrative work via both phone & email
  • Deal with inbound and outbound calls
  • Build and maintain various excel spreadsheets
  • Assist with email communication management, gathering information & details
  • Communicate & support internal account managers with new client opportunities / needs
  • Communicate various partners for pricing & service availability
  • Facilitate any short-term projects, communication relating, but not limited to, the arrival, & departure of goods within one or many distributions facilities
  • Log & processing internal billing records
  • Maintain & update vendor internal lists
  • Prepare internal / external customer pricing documents
  • Coordinate transportation details and advise on any delays or problems that may arise What We Are Looking For :
  • Out of the box thinker with an analytical approach and strong attention to detail
  • Works well and enjoys the challenge of a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in a 4PL, and warehousing
  • Excellent computer skills (excel, word, outlook)
  • Works well under pressure & strong organizational skills
  • Good people skills, team player
  • Able to develop and maintain effective, positive internal / external working relationships with diverse groups of individuals throughout the organization What We Offer :
