Role Title : Technology / Engineering Sr. Manager

Role Description :
We seek a skilled and versatile Technology Sr. Manager, to lead and elevate our engineering teams across multiple projects and platforms that enable contact center agents.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of technical expertise, leadership skills, and strategic thinking to drive innovation and excellence within our engineering discipline (7-10 years of experience).
As a Technology Sr. Manager, you will be responsible for successfully delivering multi-stream projects by effectively leading and mentoring other engineering leaders to enable their teams.
Your expertise in one or more of our core platforms (e.g., Web, React Native, Node.js, GCP, AWS) will allow you to drive technical improvements and optimize site performance across our ecosystem.
You will guide the strategic vision for the technical delivery of the program, including structuring codebases, teams, and processes, ensuring seamless collaboration between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Your ability to navigate challenging partnerships, resolve conflicts, and implement systematic changes will align program delivery with business outcomes and maximize ROI for our client.
In this role, you will directly coach and mentor 5-8 engineering leaders, technical product architects, and engineers, contribute to department-wide initiatives, and help shape engineering practices.
Your strong communication skills will enable you to engage with program stakeholders, present technical content effectively, and build relationships across different levels of the client organization.
You will play an essential role in identifying growth opportunities for your team members, setting meaningful goals, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
Key Skills :
- Technical Leadership : Demonstrated ability to lead large multi-stream programs across multiple platforms with a team size of 100+, with in-depth expertise in at least one core platform and proficiency in others.
- Strategic Vision : Capacity to drive broad technical improvements, optimize complex systems, and guide the structuring of codebases, teams, and processes in large multi-organizational programs.
- Mentorship and Coaching : Experienced people manager with skills in mentoring other managers, developing strong performers while addressing underperformance, and holding team members accountable for their growth and performance.
- Conflict Resolution and Problem-Solving : Ability to navigate challenging partnerships, resolve conflicts, and implement systematic changes to align projects with company standards.
