- Define and enforce technology standards to ensure consistency, scalability, and security across the organization, aligning with industry best practices and simplifying the environment.
- Lead and mentor a team of Technology Architects, fostering collaboration and guiding them in developing and implementing standards across cloud, infrastructure, and security domains.
- Create and maintain a strategic technology roadmap that aligns with long-term organizational goals, incorporating industry trends and driving efficient, scalable solutions.

The Team : You will work closely with IT teams across the organization, receiving guidance from the Director, Architecture and the AVP, Transformation and will have direct reports that consist of Solution and Technology Architects.

Who you are :
You are looking for a career in Information Technology and :
Have 8+ years of related, progressively responsible experience in technology domains in two or more areas : IaaS, PaaS, SaaS Development and Deployment : Hands-on experience in coding, designing, or deploying IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS applications, ideally with expertise in managing multi-tenant environments.
APIs and Integration : Strong understanding of API design, integration patterns, and middleware solutions (., API gateways, ESB, or serverless architectures).
Security and Compliance : Knowledgeable in cybersecurity best practices, with experience implementing security frameworks (.
NIST, ISO) and handling data privacy and regulatory compliance. Architecture Frameworks : Familiarity with established frameworks like TOGAF or Zachman to provide structure and consistency in architecture governance.
Enterprise Applications : Hands-on experience with FCL enterprise systems (JDE, Oracle HCM, Salesforce, Service Now, Blue Yonder’s product suite, and NCR’s POS systems) and knowledge of architecting and integrating them within a broader technology ecosystem.
RPA, AI and Machine Learning : Experience integrating RPA, AI / ML capabilities into applications to enhance solution performance.
- Have 3 5 years’ experience in leading or developing the Enterprise Architects or an Enterprise Architecture practice. Additional consideration will be given to candidates who have developed, monitored, enforced technology, integration, or security focused standards in an organization.
- Have a post secondary degree / diploma in Information Management, Computer Science or related field. (a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered)
- TOGAF Certification, AWS Architect Certification and Azure Architect Certification are considered an asset.
