Responds to varied volumes of incoming calls in a professional and diligent manner, in both English and French
Answer questions, inquiries and deal with problems / issues in a positive and time sensitive way
Clientele can be a mix of business professionals, consumers and retailers
Process customer orders in an order entry system; assist customers in walking through online orders steps / process as well where applicable
Build and maintain customer relationships to ensure continued business partnerships, retention and growth
Qualifications for the Bilingual Customer Service Representative job opening in Markham, ON include;
Bilingual ( French / English ) - written and spoken in both official languages is a must
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; these roles are in a smaller team setting so the fit is key
Ability to control multiple priorities, to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Strong MS Office skills and ability to learn other PC applications and programs
