ABOUT THE POSITION
Supports senior executives with calendar management, scheduling, travel arrangement and expenses.
Prepares reports and document management.
Manages files, ensures files are completed and stored accurately.
Drafts and distributes various communications.
Data entry.
Processes invoices and purchase orders.
Main point of communication for tenant inquiries.
THE REQUIREMENTS
1+ year of experience in an office environment.
Property management industry experience is preferred.
Accurate data entry skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Experience drafting communications.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Must have excellent customer service skills.
Ability to follow through on tasks and work with demonstrated sense of urgency.
Highly organized.
Intermediate MS Office skills.
COMPENSATION
Annual salary up to $55,000. Competitive vacation, benefits and RSP matching.
